Jeon Mi Do has revealed the reason why she started crying at Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin’s wedding!

Jeon Mi Do has recently sat down for an interview with SPOTV news, during her interview she talked about many topics including her most recent project “Thirty Nine,” the possibility of “Hospital Playlist 3,” her feelings at Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin’s wedding, and more.

Coincidently, the day “Thirty Nine” aired its finale was the same day Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin got married, Jeon Mi Do talked about how they didn’t intend it to be that way. They also couldn’t watch the final episode because they were busy preparing for the wedding and will have to watch it later.

Jeon Mi Do then shared her feelings when she was in Son Ye Jin waiting room, she said,

“I went into the bride’s waiting room, and Joo Hee (Kim Ji Hyun’s character) and I cried. It felt like we were marrying a friend we have known since high school. Strangely, when I saw her in a wedding dress, my eyes started to well up.”

Jeon Mi Do added that the three of them being the same age helped them get closer while working together, she said,

“I was very comfortable because we were of the same age. Each of them has something similar to their character. Ye Jin is smart and has leadership like Cha Mi Jo, and Ji Hyun is considerate of the people around her (like Jung Joo Hee).”

Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Thirty Nine” is a romance drama that tells the story of three friends, who met in their second year of high school, and how they are going to turn 40. The drama stars Son Ye Jin, Jeon Mi Do, and Kim Ji Hyun, it deals with the stories of these three soon-to-be 40 women and their friendship and love. “Thirty Nine” came to an end on March 31 with the finale recording the drama’s highest rating to date.
