A new teaser has been released for the upcoming horror drama “Monstrous”!
“Monstrous” tells the story of people who are lured in by a curse from ‘that thing’ that shouldn’t have come out into the world. It will focus on archaeologists who chase after monstrous cases that have never been heard of. The village gets swept in disaster with the discovery of a mysterious statue of the Buddha getting possessed.
Goo Kyo Hwan will play Jung Ki Hoon, an archaeologist who studies bizarre supernatural phenomena.
Shin Hyun Been plays the role of Lee Soo Jin, a genius pattern interpreter who is facing a terrible disaster.
The trailer begins with archaeologists discovering a Buddha statue, the events that follow are unsettling and chilling, displaying the nightmare that these characters will witness.
As people are panicking and running away from the monstrous figures, one comment grabs our attention, the man is nervously talking about how they should have never taken out the haunted statue.
The teaser also features Jung Ki Hoon and Lee Soo Jin as they struggle with the hellish events that are unfolding.
