YG Entertainment is going all out on TREASURE‘s Upcoming MV!
According to various media reports, TREASURE’s Upcoming MV has cost over 500 million won (roughly $420,000) in production. The upcoming TREASURE MV “Jikjin” will be released soon.
The news came as a surprise to fans because kpop agencies rarely spend such a massive budget on a music video for a rookie group.
The video was also produced by director Lee Sang Yoon who used to be the director of the MAMA at Mnet.
Recently, YG Entertainment confirmed that the pre-orders for TREASURE’s upcoming album have surpassed 600,000 copies in just 8 days.
TREASURE is a group that was formed by YG’s survival show Treasure Box. They made their debut back in August of 2020 with their single album “The First Step: Chapter One.”
TREASURE is set to come back on February 15 with “The Second Step: Chapter One.”
