NCT Lucas has returned to social media for the first time since his controversy.
On February 9, Lucas updated his social media for the first time in close to 5 months since his controversy. He uploaded a simple black and white photograph of the sea and the sun with no caption.
Lucas has been out of the limelight since his controversy, he hasn’t been seen in any official merchandise or comebacks of NCT groups. His fans were excited to welcome him back and his name quickly shot to the top of Twitter trends, he’s currently ranked No.1 with more than 400k mentions.
About five months ago, he came under fire after being accused by multiple women of gaslighting and cheating, since then, he issued a personal apology letter in Chinese on Instagram letter admitting to his wrongdoings. SM has also issued an apology for not managing their artist properly, Lucas said he’d be taking a hiatus and some time off to reflect.
