BTS’ V Solo Song Debuts At No.1 On Billboard’s Digital Song Sales Charts, The First Korean Soloist To Do So

Published Categorized as Kpop

BTS’s V has made history!

On January 4, Billboard officially announced that V’s song “Christmas Tree,” which was released for his best friend’s Choi Woo Shik’s ongoing drama “Our Beloved Summer,” had debuted at No.1 on its Digital Song Sales Chart.

V is now the first Korean soloist with the first Korean OST song ever to debut at No.1 on Billboard’s Digital Sales Chart.

The only other two Korean songs to top the charts on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales were V’s fellow member, Suga, and his song “Girl Of My Dream,” which was a collaboration with Juice WRLD, and PSY with his 2012 hit “Gangnam Style.”

Congratulations to V on his amazing achievement!
