IVE continues to set new records proving their rising popularity as one of the most promising girl groups to debut this year.

IVE made their debut last week with the single album “ELEVEN.” The group consists of six members including former IZ*ONE members Jang Won Young and An Yu Jin.

On December 8, Hanteo Chart officially announced that the album had sold a total of 152,229 copies in the first week of its release (December 1 to 7).

This means the girl group has achieved the highest first-week sales of any artist to debut in 2021, and they’ve also snagged the second spot in the highest first-week sales of any girl group debut album in Hanteo history (the first spot is held by aespa).

IVE is also only the 3rd girl group to surpass 100,000 first-week sales ever with a debut album, the only other girl groups to have done so are aespa and BLACKPINK.
