TS Entertainment has lost another lawsuit, this time, against rapper Sleepy.

On October 29, the Civil Settlement Division 34 of the Seoul Central District Court ruled that TS Entertainment had lost the damages lawsuit filed against Sleepy.

Sleepy and TS Entertainment have been involved in a legal battle since 2019 when Sleepy filed to terminate his contract with the agency, Sleepy had claimed that the agency didn’t pay him properly and that his living conditions were poor. TS Entertainment denied the claims and accused him of withholding his payments from his advertisements on social media.

The agency followed with a lawsuit against the rapper for breach of contract and other damages to a total of 280 million won (about $240,000). They have lost their case.

In related news, Sleepy has announced his plans for marriage earlier this year, it has been delayed next year due to the pandemic.
