Coupang Play’s highly-anticipated upcoming original series “One Ordinary Day” has released stills of its two main characters.
“One Ordinary Day” [previously known as “That Night”] is an upcoming remake of the BBC’s series “Criminal Justice” and tells the story of two men after the death of a woman, it aims to explore the criminal justice system through their story.
Kim Soo Hyun will play the role of Kim Hyun Soo, an ordinary hard-working college student who becomes a suspect in a murder case overnight due to a mistake. He uses evil to survive in a cruel world.
The new stills of Kim Soo Hyun show him before tragedy strikes. He is a typical college student who has his own aspirations and dreams. His usual casual outfit and curly hair emphasize his youth.
Cha Seung Won will play Shin Joong Han, a lawyer who barely passed the bar exam and is the only person who reaches out to Kim Hyun Soo.“One Ordinary Day” will premiere this November through Coupang Play.
The new stills of Cha Seung Won show his character at work. His character appears to be too relaxed and uncaring of his environment driving the notion that he’s a lawyer who doesn’t take anything too seriously.
