The 2021 People’s Choice Awards nominations are out!
On October 27 local time, the People’s Choice Awards revealed its nominations, the award determines the winners based on votes by the general public.
BTS received a total of four nominations, The Group of 2021, The Song of 2021 (with their smash hit “Butter“) and The Music Video of 2021. Their collab “My Universe” with Coldplay has also been nominated The Music Video of 2021.
TXT has been nominated for The New Artist of 2021, going up against 24kGoldn, Bella Poarch, Giveon, Olivia Rodrigo, Rauw Alejandro, Tate McRae, and The Kid LAROI.
Meanwhile, “Squid Game” scored a nomination for The Bingeworthy Show of 2021. Its going up against “Cobra Kai,” “Loki,” “Mare of Easttown,” “Outer Banks,” “Sex/Life,” “Ted Lasso,” and “The White Lotus.”
The 2021 People’s Choice Awards airs live on December 7 at 9 p.m. ET. You can vote on their official website here until November 17.
