BLACKPINK Delays Their First Ever Online Concert To January 2021, Here Is Why

BLACKPINK’s upcoming online concert will be postponed to 2021!

On December 17, YG Entertainment revealed in an official statement that “YG Palm Stage – 2020 BLACKPINK: The Show” will be delayed from December 27 to January 31.

The agency explained that they came to this decision inevitably due to the current situation with COVID-19 and the heightened social distancing level in South Korea. To curb the spread, the government has given an administrative order that prohibits gatherings of more than 10 people until December 28, and this extends to BLACKPINK’s upcoming concert.

They also explained that the people who’d like their tickets refunded can do so through their original method of purchase and to those who want to watch the concert at the new date can do so the same ways that had been provided previously.

They wrapped up their statement with an apology to the fans. Along with the announcement, they shared a new poster you can check it out below.
