Fans weren’t happy to learn that SBS had edited out Red Velvet’s Performance from the broadcast of the 2020 Gangnam Festival K-Pop Concert.

The concert took place on October 18 and was streamed online. The lineup included: Kang Daniel, ASTRO, AB6IX, Oh My Girl, and Red Velvet. The girl group had taken the stage to perform some of their biggest hit tracks, however, re-runs of the event on TV caught fans attention since Red Velvet’s performance didn’t air.

Fans suspected that SBS Edited out the group’s performance due to Irene’s attitude controversy, but SBS has issued a response to squash the rumors, they stated that not enough time was given for the TV broadcast in comparison to the actual length of the concert and thus, the concert had to be shortened during the editing process.

What do you think of their response?
