Rookie boy group Spectrum has disbanded a little over two years after their debut in May 2018.

On July 10, their agency WYNN Entertainment made an announcement to the group’s official fan café. The announcement explains that the situation worsened due to COVID-19.

The agency stated that they are no longer able to maintain Spectrum and as a result, the six members of Spectrum contracts were terminated as of July 10, 2020

In their statement, the agency expressed their gratitude to fans who have been with Spectrum for the past two years and apologized as well.

Spectrum had previously lost a member in 2018 shortly after their debut, Kim Dong Yeon passed away at the age of 20.

Wishing Spectrum members the best!
