Gong Hyo Jin has been bombarded with insensitive comments on her instagram in light of recent news!
Gong Hyo Jin has previously dated actor Ryu Seung Bum for 10 years. The two dated for a long time before ending their relationship in April of 2012, but it was announced in August of that same year. Many people had expected them to last together but they didn’t.
While it happened such a long time ago, it’s still apparently fresh in netizens’ memory.
On June 11, Ryu Seung Bum announced he’s getting married to his non-celebrity girlfriend from Slovakia. They’re also expecting a child some time this month. The news was a shock to netizens but many congratulated him. Soon, Gong Hyo Jin’s name came to light and netizens took it upon themselves to feel sorry for her and write many ‘encouraging’ comments telling her to get married soon and much worse comparing her life to that of her ex-boyfriend.
Her fans have spoken up in her defense pointing out how insensitive those comments are, many stating it has been ages since they’ve dated and there is no reason to feel sorry for Gong Hyo Jin.
