The most recent episode of “The King: Eternal Monarch” is getting a lot of positive reactions from netizens.
The two main characters played by Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun romance began a while ago and fans have already seen many kiss scenes featuring both actors who are knowing for shooting great kiss scenes.
Towards the end of episode 12, a kiss scene that features the main leads has gone viral, ‘the neck kiss.’
Kim Go Eun’s character asks Lee Min Ho’s to check her neck and see if she’s also feeling a burn when thunder strikes, at first, he refuses to check. They later start speculating about why it happens to some but not others, then Tae Eul tells him,
“You know that saying we use when cursing bad people…. you deserve to be hit by lightning.”
To which Lee Gon replies with,
“I really wanted to stop beheading people…”
Tae Eul invites him to do that, and he leans in to give her a kiss on the neck.
The kiss scene has gone viral and has become a fan-favorite; many are leaving comments about how hot the scene was pointing out that Lee Min Ho is indeed good at shooting kiss scenes.

In related news, the 12th episode scored better in ratings. The 11th episode had become the series lowest-rated episode thus far (at 5.2%) but the series has seen hope with its 12th episode ratings.
According to Nielsen Korea, the 12th episode of “The King: Eternal Monarch” scored an average of 6.1% and 8.1% nationwide, a noticeable rise from its previous episodes.
