It’s finally been confirmed y’all!
On March 9, “Itaewon Class” production company VLENDING told news outlets that the drama’s OST Part.12 ‘Sweet Night’ by BTS V will be released on online music sites on March 13 at 6 p.m. KST.
Previously, it was revealed that V was in discussion to sing for the JTBC drama, it was said that they were in the process of figuring out whether it would be possible. Fans were excited and now they get to finally celebrate the happy news.
V is producing the song himself, it is said to be an indie-pop song with an acoustic vibe.
BTS V is said to have agreed to sing the OST due to his friendship with Park Seo Joon, the leading actor of “Itaewon Class.” The two are known for being close friends and a part of the famous friends’ group the ‘wooga squad.’
This will be V’s first-ever solo OST since his debut.
In related news, “Itaewon Class” recently became the second-highest-rated drama in JTBC’s history.
