There is even more good news and things to be excited about hours before BTS make their highly anticipated comeback, it’s been revealed that “Map Of The Soul: 7” has solo and sub-unit tracks of BTS members.
Media outlet Headline Planet published a report on February 21 KST sharing never-seen-before information about BTS’s fourth full album “Map of the Soul: 7,” based on a Big Hit press release.
The report caught people’s attention because it revealed that BTS members have solo songs and sub-unit songs in the album which includes a total of 20 songs.
As previously announced, there will be two versions of the title track “ON,” the digital one featuring Sia. Big Hit describes the track stating,
“BTS once again pour out their hearts through the powerful and energetic hip hop lead single ‘ON’ that reflects on their calling and mindset as artists during the seven years.”
Troye Sivan also took part in writing for their b-side “Louder than Bombs.”
The song “UGH” will include BTS rap line sharing “their anger toward malicious anger.”
“0:00 (Zero O’Clock)” is described as “a sincere track from the vocal unit.” While “Friends” will be sung by Jimin and V, the song will be about their friendship.
“Respect” will be a collaboration between RM and Suga. Four more songs will be sung as solos.
“Filter” is said to show the different sides of Jimin.
“My Time” is described as “chronicling Jungkook’s emotions.”
“Inner Child” is a song about BTS V’s past self.
“Moon” will be about Jin singing about his love for their fans.
“Map of the Soul: 7” drops at 6 p.m. KST on February 21. Two MVs will be released, one on the same day titled “Kinetic Manifesto Film: Come Prima performed by BTS.” Another one will also be released on February 28.
