Ji Chang Wook rise to the top wasn’t an easy feat and his good friend, INFINITE Sunggyu, once revealed something that not many Ji Chang Wook’s fans were even aware of and its shocking, to say the least.

During a recent episode of MBC’s “Radio Star,” INFINITE Sunggyu was among the guests. He revealed that he is close to many celebrities from his military days such as Kang Haneul, Ji Changwook, Jo Kwon, SHINee’s Onew, EXO’s Xiumin, as well as Yoon Jisung. He even participated in a musical with Ji Chang Wook during his military service.





While addressing his past struggles before his fame, Sunggyu revealed that there was a time when Ji Chang Wook was so poor he only ate rice with salt. Sunggyu was talking about how there is no end when talking about such struggles and compared how actors and idols all struggle before reaching their goals.

Fans were shocked to hear about Ji Chang Wook’s struggles before fame. We’re happy he’s made it and no longer has to worry about such things anymore.
