IZ*ONE’s comeback is well-received!

IZ*ONE’s first-ever album “BLOOM*IZ” has broken the first-week album sales record for K-pop girl groups on the day of the album’s release. The album was released on February 17 at 6 p.m. KST.

TWICE’s “Feel Special” previously held the record with 154,028 copies sold in the first week of its release, and IZ*ONE’s “BLOOM*IZ” has broken the record with approximately 175,249 copies sold on Hanteo Chart as of February 17 at 7 p.m. KST and its counting.

Here is the list of the top Kpop girl groups’ first-week album sales:

  1. IZ*ONE “BLOOM*IZ” (2020) – 175,249 and counting
  2. TWICE “Feel Special” (2019) – 154,028
  3. TWICE “FANCY YOU” (2019) – 151,051

Not only that but IZ*ONE is also doing extremely well on the Korean charts right now. As of 10:00 p.m. KST, “FIESTA” topped various Korean charts and is doing extremely well despite the stiff competition, IU and Zico are dominating the tracks with their recent songs so it’s not an easy feat to achieve.

Congratulations IZ*ONE!
