Big Hit Labels Announces Plans To Debut One Girl Group And Two Boy Groups

Big Hit Labels have huge plans for the future!

On February 4, Big Hit Entertainment held a corporate briefing to discuss the company’s future plans and to update on their progress for the past year.





During the briefing, vice president Shin Young Jae announced that Big Hit Entertainment plans to debut a new boy group in 2022.

While Source Music CEO So Sung Jin shared that they will debut a new girl group from the previously announced global audition program (Plus Global Audition), the girl group is a collaboration with Big Hit’s CBO (Chief Brand Officer) Min Hee Jin, the girl group will debut in 2021.

In addition, Vice president Choi Yoon Hyuk of BELIFT, a joint venture between Big Hit Entertainment and CJ ENM, revealed that they plan to debut a multinational boy group within 2020 considering it BELIFT’s first project towards achieving their goals.





This means that within the next two years, three new groups will come out of Big Hit Labels. Fans are excited about the announcements and can’t wait to see each group.
