Shipping is something that is popular among Kpop fans and some Kdrama fans, the more chemistry an on-screen couple has, the more dating rumors they’d be getting into.

Today, we’re going to talk about four pairs of actors who got into dating rumors after filming a production together.

Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young

Considered one of the best pairings in recent memory, Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young were one of the hottest on-screen couple that fans couldn’t stop gushing about. They had such great chemistry when they filmed their drama together that a news outlet faked their ‘secret’ romance.

The initial dating report was revealed by Sports DongA that claimed they were dating for three years.

Everyone started speculating and talking about possible clues that prove they were dating all along, that was until both Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young denied they were dating through their agencies.

Park Min Young said that she was especially frustrated by the news and wished that they would die down and people would stop asking her about them.

While Park Seo Joon took it upon himself to tear down so-called ‘evidence’ claiming that they had been going on secret dates for 3 years.

Park Hyung Sik and Park Bo Young

Often referred to as the ‘Park-Park’ couple, there are still many fans who’d love to see them end together. After their hit drama “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon” aired, many talked about their great chemistry and shared why they believe they were dating.

Throughout the drama run time, there were constant rumors about their relationship nature. Behind-the-scene videos of their interactions in-between takes while filming for the drama ignited the rumors even more.

Despite that, both actors never once confirmed the rumors and even joked about being mistaken for a couple. Park Hyung Sik even once admitted that he truly loved Park Bo Young,

“I really loved Park Bo Young. She’s that lovable. She really was Do Bong Soon and, because Park Bo Young truly was Do Bong Soon, I loved her. I wanted to love her more but [the drama] unfortunately ended.”

Kang Dong Won and Han Hyo Joo

Another great on-couple that looked so good together that netizens couldn’t help but speculate about the nature of their relationship.

The two have been wrapped in dating rumors a while ago after being spotted out and about in America. They had filmed 2018’s “Golden Slumber” together and have reunited for the movie “Illang.” Both actors denied the dating rumors, but some fans were still not happy with the given answer. Kang Dong Won was asked about what he thought of this during a roundtable interview and he replied,

 “In the previous production, I only filmed 2-3 scenes with Han Hyo Joo. I was asked about how it was working with her but the truth is that we didn’t film many scenes together. But for this project, we worked together very often.”

Kang Dong Won always has the same response whenever he’s wrapped up in dating rumors, he always says ‘I’m sorry,’ and ‘if there is a girlfriend, it is not true and even if there isn’t a girlfriend, it is not true.’

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin

This is probably the only couple on this list that had to deny they were dating at least three times.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin romance rumors date back to 2018 when they filmed for “The Negotiation” together. Their chemistry during the press promotions made headlines and many assumed they were dating.

Two years later, the on-screen couple denied they were dating three times already. They also denied they were getting married a month ago when the rumors spread online. It’s gotten to the point that Hyun Bin agency vowed to take strict legal action against the spreading of false rumors and malicious comments against their artist.

They most recently denied they were dating after a photo of Son Ye Jin holding Hyun Bin’s hands in-between takes at “Crashing Landing On You” filming site were released. Hyun Bin agency denied the rumors again.
