Ji Chang Wook has now become the first-ever Korean actor to be announced as a global model for fashion brand CK Calvin Klein.
On January 22, Calvin Klein announced that they had chosen Ji Chang Wook to become a global model for the brand because they believe he perfectly fits their young brand image. They also shared various photos of Ji Chang Wook as a part of the 2020 CK Calvin Klein campaign, Ji Chang Wook also shared photos from the campaign to his Instagram as well to the delight of many fans.
The photos are a window to the modern and sophisticated image that Ji Chang Wook will portray as a global model; it’s been revealed that images and videos of his work will be broadcasted around the world for the brand promotions. Fans around the globe will be able to see his face on advertisements.
Fans are happy about the news because they believe Ji Chang Wook perfectly fits the brand image as well. Ji Chang Wook has a lot in stores for 2020; he’s currently in talks alongside Kim Yoo Jung to lead the upcoming drama “Convenience Store Saet Byul,” which was met with mixed responses from fans, more on that here.
Ji Chang Wook also recently confirmed to appear in the film “Punishment,” he recently completed the script reading and will begin filming soon. He joins Jo Woo Jin and Lee Jae In, the film has a budget of approximately $60.6 million; it will be his first film in three years since the 2017 thriller “Fabricated City.”
