iKON Fans have welcomed 2020 with an update they’ve been dreaming of for a while now.
B.I has been away from the spotlight after his drug controversy, since then, he didn’t update his social media with new posts or speak up in any way or form, fans were worried deeply about his well-being.
His most recent Instagram updates worried his fans; he set his Instagram account to private and even deleted all of his Instagram photos.
However, there was a ray of hope, on January 2, former iKON member B.I released a song titled “DEMO.1” on his personal SoundCloud account.
The song has no beat and only has B.I’s voice. Some fan accounts translated the song, have a look below:

People have many theories about what B.I meant with this song, some view it as a statement about all the troubles he went through in 2019. As a celebration, fans trended the hashtag #WelcomeBackHanbin and it topped worldwide twitter trends as fans expressed their happiness to hear B.I’s voice again.
