Heechul Felt So Guilty About Going Public With TWICE Momo That He Delayed His Solo Album

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon and Super Junior’s Heechul had an honest conversation recently on Naver V Live and netizens can’t stop talking about it.

The broadcast was aired on January 28, Heechul shocked fans with what he talked about during the broadcast, he addressed going public with his girlfriend TWICE Momo and how it affected him.





Heechul personally brought up the dating news with Momo and commented,

“The public and even my fans must’ve felt upset when the issue [dating news] wwas revealed, but instead, they said ‘you’ve never caused any big incident in the past, so this kind of thing is fine, thank you so much and we’ll always support you.’ However this made me feel guilty.”

Heechul says that after this incident, he felt sorry about all the love he receives from his fans and even thought he might not have what it takes to be a celebrity. Taeyeon added,

“Crazy people like you should be celebrities.”

Heechul also revealed that because of the dating news, he delayed the release of his upcoming solo; he explained that he was afraid of being misunderstood or misinterpreted. He added,




“So I talked to our company and said I’d release my solo album later. I was sad but at the same time, don’t think I made the wrong choice.”

He says he’s trying to be positive and has turned into a positive person.
