A lot of interesting things happened with BTS at the 2020 Grammy Awards last night.

Besides getting to become the first-ever Korean artists to perform at the prestigious award show, BTS had fun answering media outlets questions as they graced the red carpet with fashionable trench coats that people couldn’t stop talking about.

During an interview with Billboard on the red carpet, the group was asked if they had met anyone new in the past week while in Los Angeles, they surprised everyone with their answer, RM and J-Hope replied,

“Run DMC and of course, Mr Carter and Mrs Carter. [aka Beyoncé and Jay Z].”

ARMY couldn’t stop gushing about the news and loved how the group referred to Beyoncé and Jay Z, the fandom is also shocked to learn that the group had met the powerful couple and managed to keep it private until now. Fans are also joking that Jimin has finally met his mom, others want to see photos of their meeting and some even wonder who else they could’ve met but never brought up.

During the same interview, BTS RM talked about their wishes to collaborate with Ariana Grande, they talked about running into her during rehearsals. BTS RM also revealed that their goal is to be nominated for a Grammy award in 2021.
