BIGBANG will greet people as a group very soon and fans can’t wait.

BIGBANG has had a turbulent time for the past two years with many of its current members and former member Seungri getting involved in various controversies. Back in December of 2019, there were reports about the possibility of BIGBANG members renewing their contracts with YG; some were suggesting that Gdragon and Taeyang won’t be able to use their names because of trademark issues if they decided to leave YG.

Fans of BIGBANG were unaware of what the future holds, T.O.P had also jokingly hinted at his exit from the idol life when provoked by a netizen who asked him to never come back.

Fans were on edge because of these various circumstances and with YG’s silence regarding the possibility of BIGBANG members renewing their contracts, fans were preparing for the worst.

On January 2 (local time), the popular U.S. music festival, Coachella, announced the lineup for its 2020 festival and Kpop fans saw a very familiar name, BIGBANG is listed as one of the performers at the popular event.

BIGBANG is now the first EVER Kpop boy group to perform at the event. BIGBANG will perform on April 10 and 17 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

Epik High, who previously became the first-ever Korean act to perform at Coachella, will take the stage on April 12 and 19.

This announcement gave fans hope, they’re sure that BIGBANG members have a lot more surprises to fans.
