Another day, another lawsuit against TS Entertainment but this time the details will infuriate you!

On November 18, Kpop fans woke up to the upsetting disturbing news; it was revealed that TRCNG’s Wooyeop and Taeseon have filed a lawsuit against TS Entertainment, the reasons behind the lawsuit is angering both fans and nonfans as well.

On November 18, their lawyer revealed that Wooyeop and Taeseon have sent a cancellation of contract to TS Entertainment. They have also filed a report to the Seoul Police District against the board of director member Park Sang Hyun and two others for frequent child abuse and assault.

As for the reason behind the cancellation of their contract, it has to do with the poor management of their label; the members also cite frequent child abuse by choreographer Park Sang Hyun and special violence crimes from choreographer Yoon.

Wooyeop and Taeseon claim Park Sang Hyun forced them to practice dancing without allowing them to sleep which made commuting to their school impossible. Added to that, he allegedly hit the boys frequently and despite TS knowledge, the agency never took action even when the members suffered injuries while practicing.

The living conditions of members were also hell, they had no food. Water and electricity bills were not paid and were cut off; the parents had to pay for it themselves.

Member Wooyeop was hit with a metal chair on June 10, 2019 by Mr. Yoon which resulted in injuries that required 14 days of treatment. To make matters worse, the label didn’t step up to aid Wooyeop. He was also forced to be hospitalized in a nearby hospital because of his high fever. Even after he was released, the managers told him he got sick not because he was hit but because he was going around drinking and meeting girls. Reportedly, a company employee even took around $1000 from him.

Taeseon was also assaulted and yelled at because he was the leader; he was a witness to Wooyeop being hit by a chair.

Wooyeop and Taeseon said that Park Sang Hyun also assaulted the members using a game as an excuse, he also cursed at them continuously. When members were injured while b-boying, the agency also refused to provide treatment.

In response to those reports, TS Entertainment flat out denied the accusations and not only that but promised strict legal action against Wooyeop and Taeseon, the agency says the members of TRCNG do not agree with this as well. They will sue Wooyeop and Taeseon for defamation and for causing damages.

They later followed with another statement On November 19 (KST) confirming Wooyeop and Taeseon are no longer part of the group, TRCNG will continue as an eight-member group.

TRCNG debuted in 2017.
