BTS is proving themselves to be one of the biggest best-selling artists worldwide and the recent Billboard released report proves that.

BTS has recently wrapped up its first stadium tour “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself.” The tour took them five months and 20 shows across 10 cities and four continents.

According to Billboard, BTS sold 976,283 tickets and recorded an impressive $116.6 million in earnings for the tour. Not only an impressive number for a Korean artist but an international artist as well, very few artists across the globe can touch BTS numbers.

This also meant that BTS ranked No. 2 on Billboard’s latest Hot Tours list, they came second only to the legend Elton John, who earned just over $21 million from 12 shows in eight cities around the same period of time.

This isn’t the first time BTS ranks high on Billboard’s latest Hot Tours list, they previously claimed the number one spot twice with “Love Yourself: Speak Yourself” tour: once in May, and once in July earlier this year.
