BTS Grammy dream is getting closer and fans are excited!
The 2020 Grammys aren’t happening until January 26, but the entire process only recently started and will continue until early January 2020.
The nominees’ selection process is already underway; the first round of voting began On September 25 and will continue until October 10. To meet the eligibility criteria, Songs and albums must have been released from October 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019.

BTS have long dreamed about getting a Grammy and already attended the 2019 ceremony as presenters causing massive attention and media coverage around the world. BTS have spoken about their dreams of getting a huge award for next year ceremony.
Big Hit is already helping out, in Billboard magazine’s 2020 Grammy Preview edition, Big Hit put up a full page dedicated to Map of the Soul: Persona and BTS’s achievements as a consideration ad for the Grammys. Big Hit Entertainment and COLUMBIA, recommends Map of the Soul: Persona for “Album of the Year.”
Happy news already started coming in, according to a recent exclusive Billboard report, BTS’s “Boy With Luv” (featuring Halsey) was entered for best pop duo/group performance along with Ariana Grande, Bad Bunny, Jonas Brothers, Lil Nas X, Marshmello, Post Malone.
Later, it was also reported that besides the best pop duo/group performance, BTS were entered for five more categories: “Boy With Luv” for “Song/Record of the Year” and “Best Music Video”. BTS’s 2019 album Map of the Soul: Persona is entered for both “Album of the Year” and “Best Pop Vocal Album”.

While the soundtrack for BTS’s BTS WORLD game is entered to be nominated for “Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media.”
It’s important to note that an entry isn’t a nomination, but a step closer to getting one.
Nominations will only be announced on November 20. The final round of voting to choose the winners will begin on December 10 and ends on January 3, 2020.
Fans are already super excited about the possibilities and would love to see BTS win at least one Grammy award. There are also hopes for BTS performing at the ceremony as well.
