More and more brands are distancing themselves from Ahn Jae Hyun!

His ongoing dispute and controversial divorce from wife Ku Hye Sun has taken a toll on his public image, many netizens have spoken about boycotting anything that he endorses and brands are responding by distancing themselves from him.

On August 23, popular clothing company Giordano reportedly deleted all photos of Ahn Jae Hyun from their stores and social media accounts, he had also recently participated in filming with brand’s latest Fall/Winter model Jung Woo Sung, those photos have also been reportedly deleted.

A screenshot from an email sent by Giordano to all of its stores asks them to follow instructions and take down all images of Ahn Jae Hyun. It’s been reported that the stores are following these instructions. The screenshot went viral and many news outlets are reporting on the matter.

This is the second brand that has deleted all traces of Ahn Jae Hyun. Previously, wedding-themed cosmetics brand MERBLISS also announced its decision to delete all material of the actor; they explained that due to their business nature his ongoing image contradicts what they represent as a brand.

Ahn Jae Hyun has been on the receiving end of many nasty comments by netizens due to Ku Hye Sun continuous accusations against him. He had tried to explain himself but it backfired massively after Ku Hye Sun refuted some of his claims and presented her own scenario.

Two days ago, he threatened to expose kakaotalk snippets of his conversations with Ku Hye Sun but she clapped back with her own response shutting down his attempts at shifting focus and blame away from him and onto Ku Hye Sun.

While this continues to be a very public divorce, it is not an underestimate to say that Ahn Jae Hyun image is suffering greatly, he had built his brand as the dotting husband and the public perception of him changed drastically after Ku Hye Sun personally exposed his attentions of getting a divorce.
