K-Netizens Grill Park Yoochun After Finding Out He Opened An Instagram Account

8

K-Netizens found out that Park Yoochun has opened his own Instagram account shortly after he was sentenced to 2-years probation with 10 months of imprisonment in case he broke the law and did drugs again, he was also fined around $1200.

He was released on July 2 after he was detained in police custody for 68 days. It seems that about 4 days after he left he opened an Instagram account.

The personal Instagram account was found after fans saw that his younger brother was following only one account and that account was also only following one person which is Park Yoochun younger brother.

The Instagram is set to public rather than private and the comments are disabled.

Park Yoochun calls himself ‘life traveler’ and shares daily snippets of his life but not his face- so far.

It became clear that it was Park Yoochun’s Instagram after he uploaded a drawn photo (likely by a child) marked with ‘Yoochun uncle.’

Since it is expected that celebrities take time off to reflect after doing something wrong which includes no TV appearances or social media activity many K-Netizens were quick to comment about how astonished and puzzled they are with Park Yoochun.

Many left comments to the effect of,

“Shameless,”

“Why open this account, focus on reflecting,”

“Wow, he really has no shame,”

“The audacity,”

And much more

Do you think K-Netizens have the right to be angry?

  1. To be honest its ok if he has an instagram. He can still reflect and still have an instagram . besides most of the pictures are dogs. How can you be mad at dogs?

  2. Honestly, they will find any reason to be mad at a celebrity who’s had a scandal these days. It seems if that person doesn’t alienate themselves from society, they have something to say.

  3. K-netizens are control – freaks and they want to be the ones deciding who, what and when to do, as if anyone would owe them anything. They are not the owners of anyone to dictate what is ok and what is not ok to do! If they don’t like it then they are free to ignore.
The media is even worse because all I see them seeking scandals where ever its possible to hide the important things going on.
If they are so eager to cover whatever a (ex)celebrity does they SHOULD also cover the many fans who are happy to see Yuchoon’s intagram!
Besides don’t you think that using a person who isn’t even a public figure anymore is immoral (to say the least)? Shouldn’t you have the persons approval to use his name, image and everything? Korean media is a lawbreaker almost every step they take.

  4. Hate speech as always, and media like to expose this kind of issue. It’s ok to hate someone ot something, but when you judge it without observe? Think first, your word have a dangerous effect to someones life, and you’ve got no benefit at all.

  5. In my opinion it’s true he has done wrong and some really bad things but i believe everybody makes mistakes in their life . Scrap away his Celebrity tag from him and he becomes a normal man. I feel by saying rude, mean things to him would not give him a chance to reflect. I believe he should be given a chance to change and learn from his mistakes. It takes a lot of courage to own up to something big as he’s done but at least we as human being should give him a chance to change. Remember a person changes according to who he mingles with and what kind of friend circle he or she is in . It is important for us to help that person and help him change and rectify his life.

Please give it thought before bashing others.
