Jung Joon Young is in more trouble!

Its been reported that Jung Joon Young owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to his former agency MAKEUS Entertainment.

He’s currently detained and awaiting trial for violating the Act on Sexual Crimes of Violence and other crimes but he’ll also likely be in hot water for his contract with his former agency.

It’s been reported that he received a contract deposit of 300 million Won (approx. $262,441) when he signed to MAKEUS Entertainment. His contract was terminated after only two months due to his scandal.

If you’re asking why he received such a hefty amount, its because he has reportedly agreed to make various music content and hold performances with the money he received. He also had a project with Dingo Freestyle which naturally fell through due to the scandal.

But that’s not the only amount he has to pay back, he’ll also likely have to pay a fine to the agency because of the huge damage he caused.

Following the reports that stated the hefty amount, his former agency MAKEUS Entertainment reluctantly responded to the press, stating,

“Its difficult to confirm the amount of money Jung Joon Young has to pay back. Its difficult to release our position on this.”
