FTISLAND are ready to kick start their Japanese tour!

On April 4, Lee Hongki posted a photo of his group; this is the first band photo since the departure of its leader Choi Jong Hoon.

Lee Hongki, Jaejin, Minhwan, and Seunghyun are sitting in front of a drum set. Hongki captioned,

“Fighting! Our one month tour starts today.”

This will be FTISLAND’s first official schedule as a group following the controversy; they will start the tour today in Toyosu Pit in Tokyo, Japan.

Choi Jong Hoon has been embroiled in controversy and most recently he admitted to bribing a police officer to cover up for his DUI incident, he had previously firmly denied it through his agency.

He’s also been booked for illegally filming women with hidden cameras and distributing the footage.

Fans of the band feel extremely disappointed with the former member and extremely upset for the remaining band members who must’ve been shocked to learn the harsh truth about their former leader.

Choi Jong Hoon had retired from the entertainment industry and had his contract with FNC Entertainment terminated.
