March has finally come and unfortunately for us Kpop and Kdrama fans, this means more celebrities will be enlisting in the military.
As you may already know, all eligible Korean men must enlist in the military and serve their country; they must serve for 21 months.

On the same day of his comeback, he will gift fans with his repackage album “I Wanna Be” which will be released on March 14 at 6 p.m. KST.
SHINee’s Onew is already serving the military while Minho is supposed to enlist in the first half of this year. Taemin; the youngest member of his group; still has plenty of time before his military enlistment.
VIXX’s N is also joining Key in the military band on March 4.
N has already greeted his fans one last time through solo fan meetings back in February ahead of his enlistment. He will be the first of his group to enlist in the military.
Fellow VIXX member Leo will also likely follow as he’s also born in 1990. As previously reported, idols and actors born in 1990 must enlist before 2019 ends according to the military laws.
There is one more idol we’ll have to say goodbye to on March 4; Jinwoon will also enlist in on March 4 as part of the military band.
His fellow 2AM members are already serving or served the military, he’s the last member to serve. He said goodbye to fans through his solo concert on February 24; he asked them to wait for his return.
Lee Jong Suk
Lee Jong Suk is the only actor on this list, he will enlist on March 8.
As previously reported, Lee Jong Suk will not be serving as an active duty soldier due to a ruptured ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) he had suffered from since a car accident he’d been in back when he was 16 years old.
Therefore, he’ll be assigned to a location by the Military Manpower Administration, where he’ll be a reservist working as a public service agent.
Hoon will enlist on March 18 in the Marine Corps, he will be training at the Marine Corps training center in Pohang.
Kiseop will serve as a public service agent because of his herniated disc, before that he will begin his basic training on March 21st.
Wishing them all a safe return!
