Reporter Who Broke Seungri’s Alleged Involvement In Offering Prostitution To Investors Says The Messages Are Not Fabricated

Reporter Kang who has broke the story of BIGBANG Seungri’s controversial KakaoTalk messages denies YG’s statement and assures the messages aren’t fabricated.

The controversy surrounding Seungri’s alleged messages with an employee, Singer C, and Mr. Yu (from Yuri Holdings) has attracted attention from the general public.





The alleged text messages were about providing prostitutes to investors, they had allegedly happened in a chat room back in 2015.

YG Entertainment had issued a response firmly denying the report stating the messages are fabricated, they promised strict legal action against the spreading of fake news and fake rumors.

Mr. Yu of Yuri Holdings also released a similar statement denying the accusations stating the messages are fabricated.





In response to both sides’ statements, reporter Kang Kyung Yoon told Ten Asia that the messages are real and not fabricated. She said,

“It is all true.

There is no reason why I would edit the messages that were released. There is absolutely no fabrication or editing, except for the extremely inappropriate expressions, we didn’t edit it at all.

If required, I will actively participate in the investigation if I am required to do in the future.”

Meanwhile, the police have confirmed they will be launching an investigation into the report released by SBS FunE, Seungri is a person of interest.
