EXO Makes History Becoming Quintuple Million Sellers, And Selling More Than 10 Million Albums In Korea

The confirmation that EXO-Ls have been waiting for is finally here! EXO is now a quintuple million sellers, they also made history with another big thing as well.

They have recently released their fifth studio album on November 2nd and back on November 1st it was already confirmed that the album has surpassed the 1 million pre-orders, it sold 1,179,997 copies.





EXO has been able to sell more than 1.1 million copies in 10 days, they are now officially quintuple million sellers, which means that since their first studio album release “XOXO” the group managed to always sell more than 1 million copies, not an easy feat for any group.

The happy news don’t end here, the group has officially surpassed the 10 million albums sold in Korea, they have sold more than 10 million albums from their five studio albums, two mini albums, winter special albums, and live albums.

The total number of albums sold so far is 10,000,205 copies.





This makes EXO the first group since 2000 to sell over 10 million albums in South Korea. Since its release, “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo” has topped music charts in Korea upon its release, it also topped iTunes Top Albums charts in 47 countries, topped the United World Chart, and Xiami Music’s overall charts.

The group has also earned music shows wins with their recent comeback despite the relatively lower promotional period than expected.
