BTS has been on a tour for about 2 months now, the group came back with their hit album “Love Yourself: Answer” and it was a smashing success.
They had started touring back on August 25 with two back to back concerts in Seoul and have toured USA and now moved to Europe. They performed in London and they are scheduled to stop by Amsterdam tomorrow.
The grand tour will end in April 2019 as Big Hit has recently announced more added dates to parts of Asia. The tour is seriously packed right now but does get a lot lighter when 2019 comes.
The safety of the boys has always been a concern, as the tour has only recently started, cracks and issues began to surface.
The insanely packed schedule gives the boys little free time, the frequency of the stops at many cities is also concerning. A couple of days ago Big Hit Entertainment announced that Jungkook will be performing in the second day of the concert in London on a chair due to a minor injury.
A couple of hours ago, Big Hit Entertainment also announced that Jimin won’t be taking part in BBC’s “The Graham Norton Show” due to severe muscle pain in his neck and back.
Army feared for the health and wellbeing of their idols and trended two hashtags worldwide, #GetWellSoonJimin and Bighit.
On the hashtag of Bighit the fandom demanded that the label gives adequate rest for the boys, here are some of the tweets,
jimin has to wear a neck brace and jungkook has to have stitches in his heel. bighit wake up n realise these men need a BREAK. they need space between concerts to rest n recover, these aren’t generic concerts, they’re tiring n complex. let them have a break, stop overworking them

can bighit please stop packing bangtan’s schedules so much to the point where they’re having so many injuries and muscle problems? they need rest. let them rest. they wanna see fans but they need to be told no sometimes. their health is more important than extra appearances.

full offence bighit should’ve put gaps in the tour dates so bts could have time to rest and take care of themselves because if you look at their schedule its stacked up obviously they are gonna get sick and injured if they don’t have time off to insure their well being

not to be that stan but i hope that with the release of these two statements bighit comes to the realization that bts needs to REST bc they have been working non stop and we all know they won’t say anything about it because they want to do their best for us but not in this way

And these are only some of the tweets of frustrated worried fans.
However, this isn’t the only side. Some fans defended Bighhit and thanked them for giving Jimin the rest he needs when they know how much of a perfectionist he is.
Some of these tweets,
Ok look. This was bound to happen.
The boys are on a world tour. There’s 7 members.
They dance AND sing almost every night for their tour. Accidents are bound to occur.
Please don’t worry. We know BIGHIT as the best company when it comes to caring for our boys.#BTS

that BIGHIT take full care of BTS – which we all know is rare in the kpop industry.. but everything is just getting mixed up. BIGHIT are stuck on one and and BTS are stuck on another. They are the biggest group right now, there is no need for these constant interviews +

No offence but u complain abt BigHit not promoting them enough and not giving enough shows, and now u r blaming BH again? Sometimes accidents happen, sometimes it’s not possible to match dates and venues but we gotta accept it. Instead of blaming BH,pray for Jimin’s fast recovery.

The fans are extremely worried that more members will end up with more injuries down the road in the tour with their extremely packed schedule.
Some fans even went ahead and suggested that they try to tweet at Big Hit to cancel tour dates so the boys can rest better,
hard to swallow pill, if bighit need to cancel tour dates to ensure that bts are all in good health then we’re going to support their decision WITHOUT complaining

However, that suggestion was met with mixed responses.
What do you personally think about this?
