Got7 Jackson had to cancel a lot of events due to his health issues.

On October 9, JYP Entertainment posted the first notice letting fans know about Jackson’s absence from his group’s fan signing event because of health concerns.

They wrote,

“Following the doctor’s diagnosis and recommendation, Jackson will focus on taking care of his health and receive the rest needed. We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate news to fans. We will do our best in the future to help our artist recover well.”

He didn’t attend the fan signing event on October 9, 2018.

On October 10 and 11, JYP Entertainment posted 2 more notices to its site to let fans know that Jackson won’t be joining the fan signings on October 11 and October 13 as well as a special album event on October 14.

On October 10, the notice announced that Jackson won’t be attending the fan signing event on October 11 due to health issues, they apologized to fans who were anticipating seeing him in the event, they also added that there might be new notices in the future and added,

“If there are any additional schedule changes in the future we will inform you.”

On October 11, they came back with yet another statement confirming that Jackson will also be sitting out from fan signing on October 13 as well as a special album event on October 14.

BTS Jungkook

A couple of days ago, Big Hit Entertainment released a statement that explained why Jungkook will be using a chair during the London concert on October 9.

He had suffered a minor injury and was recommended not to hurt his leg more and thus he decided to sit out of performing not to cause further damage.

They wrote,

“Approximately two hours ago, following the rehearsal and sound check, Jungkook was lightly stretching in the waiting room when he collided with floor furnishings and suffered an injury to his heel.” “Medical staff immediately responded and performed the necessary treatment. The opinion of the medical team is that while the injury is not serious, performing choreography may do further damage to the injured area.

Following the advice of the medical staff, Jungkook will take part in the performance tonight but remain seated without choreography.”

During the concert, Jungkook had to sit down on a chair and fans noticed that he was a bit down but tried to smile for the fans who came to see him.

Fans couldn’t stop raving about his amazing work ethics and the way he delivered despite his injury. He even cried in the concert for not being able to greet fans the way he had hoped he would.

BTS Jimin

Big Hit Entertainment confirmed in a recent statement that the group will be making a guest appearance on BBC’s “The Graham Norton Show” without Jimin.

They were supposed to record their episode with Jimin, however, due to Jimin’s health, he didn’t take a part in it.

Big Hit Entertainment released a statement to Twitter that reads,

“We regret to announce that one of the members of BTS, Jimin, will not be able to take part in the recording of the band’s appearance tonight on ‘The Graham Norton Show.’

On the morning of the day of the recording, Jimin began suffering from severe muscle pain in his neck and back and received medical attention. While Jimin made every effort to take part in the program, including arriving at the studio, the decision was made for Jimin not to take part in the recording due to his condition.”

Girls’ Generation Yuri

Girls’ Generation Yuri has also had to cancel an appearance due to health issues recently.

On October 12, a source from tvN revealed that due to Yuri’s acute enteritis her appearance on “Life Bar” has been delayed and they revealed they will be rescheduling the recording for her episode.

Yuri had recently made her official solo debut with the mini-album “The First Scene,” and is also starring in the new drama “Jang Geum, Oh My Grandma.”

We wish all the idols the best!
