EXO’s Chanyeol Manhandled At The Airport By Aggressive Fans, Tells Them To Keep Order
EXO’s Chanyeol is not happy after an incident that took place in the airport as he departed from Shanghai, China on September 5.
The idol was there to attend Tommy Hilfiger fashion show; he wowed the crowd with his visuals as he made his way to the show.
However, the way back to Seoul was less than a nice one for the EXO rapper who was manhandled in the airport by ‘fans.’ He was crowded by people and it became so bad his slipper ripped as it was stepped on.
Chanyeol didn’t hold his silence and personally addressed fans through an Instagram post, he said,
“To the fans who wait for me at the airport, please maintain order.
The airport is a place used not just by us but by people such as passengers, people who are waiting for their precious family members and young children.
There was a situation where someone’s toes could’ve been hurt instead of my slippers. The guards kept asking not to push and there was no order maintained at all.
Fortunately, no one was hurt, but I am posting this because I don’t think I can go on like this anymore. Please consider safety in mind in the future so that no will be hurt in public spaces like the airport.
I am thankful for your love and will become someone who can repay you the love.”
As expected REAL EXO-Ls were very shocked and annoyed by the so-called fans who hurt Chanyeol. There are many videos online showing just how uncomfortable and annoyed Chanyeol is by the entire situation.
Fans just wouldn’t budge or clear way when they were asked to by guards, making this situation even more dangerous, one of his slippers even fell off and he was walking with one bare feet.
It must’ve been so hard on Chanyeol and so bad that he had to write such a long post about it. I just hope that he’s doing well now.
