American-Korean MV director Joseph Kahn continues to attract negative attention for his offensive tweets about Kpop idols in general and BTS specifically.

A couple of days ago, Joseph Kahn said this about BTS,

“They all have plastic surgery. They all wear lipstick. This is what Crazy Rich Asians actually look like.”

He continued to defend his tweet by posting other tweets about Koreans going under the knife to look like Kpop idols; he also linked to an article that alleges that BTS members got plastic surgery.

Joseph Kahn has no plans to apologize to fans who felt offended by his tweets, he tweeted a couple more tweets as a response to the backlash he received.

A Japanese twitter user tweeted something at Joseph Kahn referencing that he is also Korean in blood, the twitter user seems to be referring to his tweet about Korean men going under the knife, Joseph Kahn had previously tweeted,

“Asian Americans: STOP FEMINIZING OUR MEN. ASIANS ARE MACHO TOO.

Asians: YOU NO WEAR LIPSTICK? WHY?”

In reply to the Japanese user comment, he said,

“Sure I’m Korean by birth but I’m American. And even then, I don’t feel loyalty to any particular race, nationality, or creed. White, Black, Asian, American, Mexican, Gay, Straight, Christian, Muslim – doesn’t matter to me. I just like cool motherfuckers.”

He then tweeted at angry army,

“And all of you will get roasted by me at some point. And no, I’ll never apologize. Suck a dick.”

He also tweeted,

“I tweeted a joke about BTS and apparently it became national news in Korea lol. I wish my Trump jokes had as much power.”

Army pointed out that what he said didn’t seem a joke but a rant.

What do you think about this?
