BTS is in the news again, this time the news piece involved a female idol.

LABOUM’s Solbin has attracted attention and garnered hate from some fans after her group’s Vlive session.

Her last day as a “Music Bank” MC back on June 8 got in her in some trouble. Her co-host was BTS’s Jin. LABOUM held a Vlive session, towards the end of the broadcast; Jin knocked on the door and told her in an informal tone, “Good Work!”

LABOUM then quickly wrapped up the broadcast, while Solbin rushed outside to catch her friend; she walked out the door she said, “Hey Kim Seok Jin,” which is Jin’s real name.

Of course, this didn’t go well with easy butthurt so-called fans who didn’t like that she used Jin, as in she showed off their close friendship to her benefit, some others also criticized her for talking informally to him when he’s her sunbae.

In an Instagram post, she apologized to fans and everyone who offended by her actions, she said,

“Hello.

I was very happy to have been an MC of ‘Music Bank’ for a year and 10 months, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to those who have helped me and have given me much love. Thank you very much.

And after the last broadcast I wanted to apologize to all those who have been hurt and inconvenienced by my inattentive behavior during the live broadcast on the V. I am very sorry.

I’ll try to show you a more mature slfie in the future. Thank you.”

What do you guys think of this? Do you think she needed to apologize?

  1. I’m an ARMY myself but I don’t think she needs to apologize.
We want Bangtan to honest with us but how can they be honest when we are like this?
From what I read she said “Kim Seok Jin Oppa”
