The wait is over and its finally been confirmed! Suzy and Lee Seung Gi are reuniting in upcoming SBS pre-produced drama “Vagabond.”
“Vagabond” is a spy action drama about an average man who gets involved in a plane crash investigation; he starts digging up information on the country’s corruption.
Lee Seung Gi is taking on the role of the stuntman who tries to track the truth behind the suspicious plane crash.
Suzy is taking on the role of Go Hae Ri, she is an agent of the NIC (National Intelligence Service), she is also the daughter of Go Kang Chul, a lieutenant of the Marine Corps. After her dad passed away she decided to become a level 7 civil servant and took responsibility of her family.
Shin Sung Rok has also been previously confirmed for the drama. He is taking on the role of the National Intelligence Service team leader Ki Tae Woong.
The drama is written by Jang Young Chul and Jung Kyung Soon, their previous works include “Giant” and “Monster,” it will be directed by Yoo In Shik who previously directed hit dramas such as “You’re All Surrounded” and “Romantic Doctor Kim.”
This will be Director Yoo In Shik second project with Lee Seung Gi as they both previously worked on “You’re All Surrounded.”
Lee Seung Gi and Suzy are reuniting for the first time in a drama since their 2013 fan-favorite “Gu family Book.”
The drama script reading had previously took place on June 2nd. The drama is aiming to air in the second half of 2018.
