FTISLAND’s Minhwan and Yulhee are now officially parents!
On May 28, FNC Entertainment confirmed that Minhwan and Yulhee have welcomed their first child into the world; the son was born on May 18. FNC Entertainment added,
“Both the mother and the baby are healthy.”
Through his agency, Minhwan said,
“I will work hard to become a good father.”
Through Instagram, the happy father Minhwan shared photos of his son and Yulhee as well. He wrote,
“On May 18th our first son of our family came into my arms!
How we cried and hugged each other on the day of birth … ㅜ
I am so happy !! We’ll continue to live well in the future !! Thank you so many people who have congratulated us!!!!
Various celebrities sent their congratulations to the happy couple, FTISLAND’s leader Choi Jong Hun said, “I love you my son,” SS501 Heo Young Saeng said, “Yo, Congratulations!!!”
Lizzy also sent her congratulations to the couple, many comedians such as Lee Guk Joo and Moon Se Yoon also sent their congratulations and pointed out the baby is so beautiful!
The idols first announced they were dating back in September 2017, in January 2018 they confirmed their engagement and only recently confirmed Yulhee was pregnant. Minhwan and Yulhee will hold the wedding ceremony on October 19.
