“Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food” Premieres With Impressive Ratings

The newest JTBC drama is already making waves, Jung Hae In and Son Ye Jin return to the small screen with a drama directed by Ahn Pan Seok.

According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode which aired on March 30th rated 4% nationwide; it is one of the highest ratings a JTBC drama first episode ever received. It rated slightly higher in Seoul with 4.2%.

Fans are super excited for rising actor Jung Hae In first ever leading role and for Son Ye Jin’s comeback to the small screen for the first time in five years.

“Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food” tells the story of a woman in her thirties Yoon Jin Ah (Son Ye Jin) and a man in his twenties named Seo Joon Hee (Jung Hae In), their relationship develops from ‘just acquaintances’ to ‘lovers.’

The second episode aired on March 31 at 11 PM KST.

Jung Hae In has previously mentioned that viewership ratings are not important but he wished to good viewership ratings as a present for his birthday which falls on April fool’s day.
