To all the loyal fans who have been desperately waiting for news of Park Seo Joon upcoming drama project, we have great news for you!
On February 28, a source from the upcoming tvN drama “Why Secretary Kim?” confirmed that Park Seo Joon will be leading the drama, it is set to begin airing in late May taking over Wed. & Thu. 21:30 time slot previously occupied by “My Mister.”
“Why Secretary Kim?” is a drama adaptation of the popular webtoon series with the same name. It tells the story of a perfect narcissistic second-generation chaebol named Lee Young Joon. He has an assistant working for him, her name is Kim Mi So.
Park Seo Joon will take on the role of Lee Young Joon, he is all around perfect, he is handsome and has high IQ but his narcissistic nature makes him very difficult to work with.
The drama is already drawing attention because of the production company that’ll be working on it. Bon Factory has previously worked on some of the most popular kdramas such as “Master’s Sun,” “She was Pretty,” and “Deserving of the Name.”
The drama will be directed by Park Joon Hwa, whose most recent work includes “Because This is My First Life.”
Park Seo Joon has had a very successful 2017 with his hit drama “Fight My Way” and the blockbuster movie “Midnight Runners,” he is also making fans fall in love with him even harder on the set of the hit variety show “Youn’s Kitchen.”
