Jang Geun Suk Says He Wants To Break Away From His Image With His Upcoming Drama

Hallyu actor Jang Geun Suk took part in Vogue Korea magazine shoot and did an interview as well.

The actor gave insight on his upcoming anticipated comeback to the small screen in SBS drama “Switch: Change the World”, he expressed his desire to change the public view of him with his upcoming role.

The actor wanted to steer away from the public’s perception of him in his pictorial, he will play two characters in one role, the pictorial conveyed the idea of the upcoming drama.

He gave off both sexy and chic vibes for each photo he strived to change his facial expressions. The outfits and accessories also helps him convey the characters more clearly.


In the interview part, he discussed the upcoming drama and admitted,

“These day, I am focusing and trying my best every day to prepare ahead of filming. When I first met the director and writer of my upcoming drama, I requested one thing, I didn’t want to look like Jang Geun Suk in this drama.”


He explained his statement,

“I think that if you see Jang Geun Suk more than the character, then it will disturb its flow. I am ambitious and would like to become a trustworthy actor through my acting in this drama.”


“Switch: Change the World” will air after “Return” finishes its run, it will air its first episode in March, an exact date is yet to be determined.
