Fans of Jonghyun woke up today to some good-bitter news, it was revealed that SM Entertainment is planning on releasing the album SHINee’s Jonghyun has been working on before he died.
They released an official statement through SHINee’s official social media accounts, the last album named “Poet | Artist” will be released very soon.

“Hello. This is SM Entertainment.
We announce the news of the album release to fans who love Jonghyun and his music.
We would like to show you the album that was planned to be released in new year after it was produced with Jonghyun last year.
Jonghyun’s album name will be released under the name ‘Poet | Artist’ online on January 23rd at 12:00 pm. KST, while the physical album will be released on January 24.
The music video that was prepared with the album will be released at the same time as the music.
We hope that Jonghyun’s heart, which loved music more than anyone and communicated through music, is well received. We hope that its well conveyed to everyone.
Adding to that, all profits generated by sales of the album shall be given to Jonghyun’s mother, she will be establishing a foundation to help those living in difficult circumstances.
