The cast of the upcoming anticipated tvN drama “My Ahjusshi” is confirming more actors and actresses.
Idol-actress Hello Venus Nara is joining the cast of the upcoming drama, she will play the role of Choi Yoo Ra, a movie actress who has a thing for movie producer Park Ki Hoon (to be played by Song Sae Byuk).
The idol-actress has first garnered attention for her stable acting in SBS’s hit 2017 drama “Suspicious Partner,” it was her first acting project since her debut as a part of the idol group Hello Venus.

She was praised for her first role in “Suspicious Partner” despite it being her first actin role. People are excited about Nara’s appearance in the upcoming drama.
Actress Lee Ji Ah has also been confirmed to return to the small screen through “My Ahjusshi,” a source from her agency confirmed the news in a statement,
“Lee Ji Ah is confirmed for tvN’s upcoming drama ‘My Ahjussi.’”
She will take on the role of Kang Yoon Hee, Park Dong Hoon’s wife (to be played by Lee Sun Gyun). This is the actress first comeback to the small screen in 2 years, her last drama project was in 2015 when she starred in SBS’s one-act drama “Snow Lotus.”
“My Ahjusshi” tells the story of three brothers fighting hard to stand tall in the weight of life, each suffering in their own way, and about a woman who is cold because of the hardships she suffered in her life. They come together to heal each other’s past scars.
The drama will be penned by screen writer Park Hae Young, who wrote “Another Oh Hae Young,” and is directed by producing director Kim Won Suk, who produced “Incomplete Life” and “Signal.”
The drama cast already includes many star-studded actors, Lee Sun Gyun, IU, Na Moon Hee, Oh Dal Soo, Song Sae Byuk, Chang Ki Yong, and Lee Ji Ah.
The drama will air its first episode following “Mother.”
