After taking home many awards from this year’s Mnet Asia Music Awards (MAMA), BTS swept Melon Music Awards this year taking home a total of 5 awards.
BTS attended the 2017 Melon Music Awards which took place on December 2 KST at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, South Korea.

They were joined by some of Korea’s biggest music acts in one of Korea’s biggest awards show.
They took home four awards as a group: Best Song of the Year (Daesung award), Global Artist Award, Top 10 Award, and Best Music Video Award for “DNA.” Suga took home the Hot Trend award for the song he produced to Suran, “Wine.”
The group performed a highlight melody of some of their best 2017 hits DNA, You Never Walk Alone, and Spring Day.

This is the second year in a row that BTS has taken home a daesung award in Melon Music Awards. Last year they took Best Album of the Year award.
This is also the second year in a row that BTS has won the Artist of the Year award in Mnet Asian Music Awards, they had won their first MAMA daesang in 2016.
BTS has come so far and achieved the impossible. Congrats to the boys~
