The past couple of days were bitter sweet to many kdrama fans.
While the majority of the national and the international kdrama community was excited about Song Joong Ki’s Wedding, something very unexpected happened.
Beloved actor Kim Joo Hyuk life was taken away due to unforeseen car accident that caused a severe head injury that led to his death.
Cha Tae Hyun is one of the beloved actor closest friends, their on-screen bromance was the centre of attention in many variety shows. It was only obvious that the actor would be devastated to hear of the news.
He also known to being a close sunbae and supporter of Song Joong Ki. They’ve always cheered on one another. Cha Tae Hyun was in a dilemma and had to decide what to do when one of his best friend’s mortuary was being held which collided with Song Joong Ki’s wedding date.
The actor ended up honouring both parties. He went to the mortuary before the wedding took place, he then changed his attire and attended his hoobae’s wedding.
Despite the overwhelming joy of seeing his hoobae get married to the love of his life, fans couldn’t help but notice that the actor looked unusual. His eyes were puffy and swollen. His face was down and he appeared to have cried a lot before coming to the wedding.
He kept it simple with what he wore to the wedding. The actor then got back to the mortuary to help out his best friend’s family and relatives.
In the next morning of November 1st, the actor dressed in a black suit and went back to help out and stayed for the funeral. Song Joong Ki was then spotted attending the funeral accompanied by Cha Tae Hyun. Song Joong Ki also paid his respect to the late actor before heading to his honeymoon.
Today, the funeral was officially held and fans also noticed that Cha Tae Hyun was present. He has been helping out with the guests and attending to them.
Fans applauded the actor’s good nature.
