The rom-com actor Park Seo Joon sat down for an interview and talked about many things including his co-star Kim Ji Won and his friendship with BTS’s V.
The actor is currently very busy promoting his new movie “Midnight Runners” that was released on August 9 and answered many questions about his past dramas and co-stars.
To the rumors of the two dating, he said,
“We’re not dating. Its not like that!”
He talked about how he didn’t know her before they did the drama together, but he mentioned his love for “Descendants of the Sun” and he named her kiss scene with actor Jin Goo as the most memorable scene in the drama.
He then talked about why they had met up before the drama began filming, he said,
“I had purposefully asked to meet up before the drama was confirmed; I met up because we wanted to do well together. “She was really worried because it was her first leading role. However, the worries disappeared.”
He talked about how much he enjoyed working with her, he said,
“She was an amazing woman. I would like to work with her again, I hope so in a couple of years.”
He talked about how dating rumors came to life, they had written notes to each other scripts which read “Dong Man, I love you.” And “Ae Ra, I love you.” He clarified,
“Whenever I finish a project, I always exchange notes with my co-stars.”
He was also asked about his friendship with BTS’s V, he said,
“First of all, I don’t think of him as an idol, I think of him as my little brother. If I thought of him as a star it would have created more distance.”
He talked about his friendship with the entire Hwarang cast, he said,
“We all got really close while filming ‘Hwarang’, not only Tae Hyung (V) but also minho and Hyung Sik. “I don’t know how they seem to other people, but they’re really friendly when you get to know them.”
